ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Andra Woodard, and I went through all the same struggles of allowing life's stress to overwhelm me and cause undue anxiety, as you probably have, and experienced the burnout of doing life without God.

Today, I’m here to tell you that you no longer have to go it alone.

I have my bachelor's in social work with a minor in psychology, and I worked as a medical care coordinator at a local health center. After my oldest son was in an auto accident, leaving him a quadriplegic, I had to learn how to overcome the stress and anxiety that come with a major life change for myself and my family.

Since then, I have felt the Holy Spirit prompting me to use what I have learned to help others. My career so far...... I've been focused on teaching others, such as yourself, to learn how you, too, can overcome anxiety and change the habits and rhythms in your daily life to live a Christ-centered life of gratitude, hospitality, and love to experience what God has for you.

We all need to allow God to work in our lives and follow His ways. In doing so we can see changes that we only dream of. Only then will we live a life that is Wholly Made.

I've helped many shift their mindsets and see how, with God, anxiety does not control them and become the version of themselves that God had intended.

With this guide, I want to teach YOU how to do the same.
